MMC-PRO is the most efficient way to treat mould, algae and moss on all hard surfaces. In comparison, pressure-washing is time-consuming, labour-intensive and abrasive and it often accelerates the growth of mould and algae.
MMC-PRO is a high-performance and versatile product ; its suitable for all large-scale outdoor hard-surfaces as well as delicate ones, such as rendering and glass, and its dilution rate allows high coverage while maintaining efficient protection against early re-growth

Brintons MMC-PRO
MMC-PRO : broad-spectrum anti-viral and antibacterial disinfectant, fungicide/algaecide and cationic detergent.
Target : black/green mould/algae and moss on all exterior hard surfaces.
Function : the product will kill mould and other growths within typically 2-4 days, and the secondary detergent action will help to clean the treated exposed surfaces in the following weeks and months.
KEY BENEFITS
Easy & Quick Application
Simply dilute with water and apply when the surface is dry. Saturate the surface. Dont apply if rain is expected in the following 5-6 hours.
No scrubbing. No pressure-washing. There is no need for aggressive and time-consuming cleaning systems.
Non-abrasive
Only apply with a knapsack sprayer or other low-pressure applicator.
Multisurface
MMC-PRO is suitable for all exterior hard surfaces (see below), including delicate surfaces such as plaster and glass.
Long-lasting effect
The product will typically protect against re-growth for 6-9 months after the first treatment, and for 9-12 months after subsequent treatments.
Biodegradation and clasification
MMC-PRO is readily biodegradable to EC/OECD standards, contains no bleach or acids, and is not corrosive. MMC-PRO, as supplied, is classified Xi, R36/38 under CHIP3. At the minimum dilution rate of 1:4, it has a zero classification. Unlike several well-known brands of exterior disinfectants, MMC-PRO is fully HSE and PCS approved.

4 x 5-litre units per box. 30 boxes / 120 units per pallet.
Dilution and Coverage
MMC-PRO will function at dilution rates in excess of 1:9, however we generally recommend this as a maximum in order to minimise the frequency of re-treatment.
